Appme is a comprehensive HR and workforce management platform for every growing company. It combines time tracking, leave management, team scheduling, mobile apps, photo documentation, and GPS verification — all in one system.

Appme is built primarily for every company and enterprise. It works great for any organisation that needs to manage workers across multiple worksites and projects, track attendance remotely, and handle leave requests digitally.

Yes! Appme offers a full mobile application for iOS and Android. Workers can clock in/out, submit leave requests, upload site photos, and receive team messages — all from their phone.

Appme is currently available in English, Dutch (Nederlands), Polish (Polski), Russian (Русский) and Ukrainian (Українська). You can switch the language at any time using the language selector on any page.

We offer four plans to match different company sizes:

• Small — up to 3 workplaces, basic attendance tracking
• More — up to 5 workplaces, plus absences and work time overview
• Full — up to 15 workplaces, messaging, planner, and moderator access
• Premium — unlimited workplaces, dedicated advisor, fast SLA

All plans are per-user, per-month pricing with no hidden fees.

Yes. You can save by choosing a longer contract period.

Besides the monthly subscription, there are a few additional costs:

• Implementation fee — a one-time fee of €99 for service activation
• Server lease — €79 per year (required)
• Extra storage — €99 per year per 100 GB (optional)
• Help desk hours — €120/hour for additional support (optional)

Extra operators (€49/mo each) and extra workplaces (€19/mo each) can also be added.

Yes. You can change your plan at any time by contacting our support team. An implementation fee applies for plan changes during an active agreement. The new plan takes effect from the beggining of the next month and pricing adjusts accordingly.

After logging in, go to the Pricing section, select a plan, and click "Start now". You will be guided through a checkout form where you provide your company details, choose add-ons, and confirm payment via bank transfer.

Appme currently accepts bank transfers. After placing your order, you will receive IBAN details and a unique reference number. Payment must be completed within 72 hours to confirm your order.

You can cancel an order as long as it has a "Pending" status. Go to Settings → Orders, open the order details, and click "Cancel order" at the bottom. Once an order is paid or refunded, it can no longer be cancelled through the interface.

All your orders are available in Settings → Orders. You can view full details for each order including a detailed cost breakdown, billing information, and current status.

The waiting time comes from the technical procedures required to guarantee stable and secure operation of the service:

• Preparing a dedicated server: We configure an environment reserved exclusively for you.
• Domain propagation (DNS): Pointing the domain to the server requires updating records across the global network. This process can take up to 48 hours and is entirely outside our control.
• Initial configuration: We optimise the settings and test the system so that what we hand over to you is a fully ready solution.

Workers clock in and out using the mobile app or web interface. Each entry is time-stamped and optionally GPS-verified. Managers see real-time attendance data and can generate detailed reports for payroll or compliance.

Yes. Workers submit leave requests through the app. Managers approve or reject them with a single click.

The planner allows managers to schedule days and assign workers to specific workplaces in advance. It provides a visual calendar view and can handle multi-site scheduling, making it easy to coordinate teams across locations.

Workers can take photos directly from the mobile app and attach them to their work task or to a specific workplace. Photos are stored securely and accessible to managers for review, audits, or progress tracking.

Click "Sign Up" in the top navigation. Fill in your name, surname, company name, email, and password. After registration, you can log in immediately and explore Appme.

Go to Settings → Security. Enter your current password, then type and confirm your new password. Your password must be at least 6 characters long.

Yes. Navigate to Settings → Profile where you can update your name, surname, and email address. Changes are saved immediately.

Appme works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version for the best experience. The mobile app requires iOS 14+ or Android 10+.

Absolutely. Appme uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing (bcrypt), and CSRF protection. Your data is stored on dedicated servers and handled in compliance with GDPR regulations.

Data retention varies by plan (2 weeks for Small, up to 4 weeks for Premium). Older records are archived after the retention period. You can purchase extra storage to keep more data available, or contact support for a custom data backup arrangement.
